Commissary Worker
Part Time to Start
$20-22/hr to start
Get in on the ground floor of our company as a Commissary Worker, where you'll play a vital role in preparing high-quality food to be sold from our food trailer. We are looking for a creative minded cook to work with our owner to get commissary operations off the ground, help us grow our business, and fine tune our menu. As a key team member, you'll ensure efficient food preparation, uphold food safety standards, and establish our reputation for high quality eats. Food safety cert is desired, but training will be supplied if you do not have one.
Duties

Monitoring inventory and preparing the required amounts for upcoming sales shifts

Waffle production

Monitor commissary operations and suggest ways to improve product and efficiency

Support inventory management of crucial ingredients and assist with supply orders
Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation for food service environments such as quick service restaurants, cafes, or grocery stores is preferred

Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques

A business minded person

Ability to work efficiently in a multi-tasking environment while managing time effectively.

Experience with culinary tasks or kitchen operations is desired, but open-minded home cooks are welcome, too.

Ability to speak Spanish is a bonus.

Food Truck Operator
Part Time to Start

Job Overview
Get in on the ground floor of a new food truck company as a Food Truck Operator where you'll play a vital role in sales, food production and trailer operation. We are looking for a people person to help bring the party to our little silver wagon and provide a positive experience for our customers. You will work with our owner to get trailer operations off the ground before our first day of operations at the Cherry Creek Farmers Market. As a key team member, you'll be expected to take customer orders, provide efficient food preparation, uphold food safety standards, and establish our reputation as the food trailer everyone wants to hire. Food safety cert is desired, but training will be supplied if you do not have one.
Duties

Help load, and locate the trailer for each sales shift

Operation of Clover POS terminal and speedy order taking.

Fast and accurate production of menu items

Monitor trailer operations and suggest ways to improve production and efficiency
Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation for food service environments such as quick service restaurants, cafes, or grocery stores is preferred

Strong knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques

A business minded person

Ability to work efficiently to provide fast ticket times and manage the rush.

Previous experience driving a truck and trailer is highly desirable
